Terms and Conditions:

• When you book a room with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The full amount is the total cost of your reservation and includes the room rate, tax recovery charges and our service fees. See User Agreement
• Your reservation may be changed or cancelled at any time, subject to a $25 cancellation or change fee. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy period, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of one-night's room rate, tax recovery charges and our service fees. See the hotel description for each hotel's cancellation policy period.
• No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
• Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.
• Room pictures may differ from the actual room you receive.
• You must present photo ID upon check-in.
• By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions, including all terms contained in the User Agreement.
• Our hotel rates are only available through our websites and callcenters, and can not be obtained by calling the hotel directly, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system.
